Registered Nurse - Clinic

Role Overview: Provides direct nursing care in a pediatric clinic setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out physician and nursing orders, serve as a primary coordinator for patient care, apply evidence-based practices, and adhere to professional nursing standards guided by the ANA Code of Ethics. May assist with inpatient rounding and ensure patient safety at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent, with no prior experience required. Must hold current RN licensure and BLS certification in the respective state. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform various movements, along with keen observation skills. Key Duties: Assess patient needs, communicate effectively, participate in discharge planning, and perform other duties as assigned. Ensures delivery of age-specific and clinical care aligned with organizational policies.
