About the role
The Registered Nurse- CICU position at Nemours Children’s Health in Wilmington, DE is a 36-hour per week, 7 PM - 7:30 AM shift.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular diseases.
- Research and Education: Participate in patient care, research, and training of healthcare professionals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- ICU RN experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred).
- Previous experience in pediatric/cardiac setting (preferred).
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
Qualifications
- Current or eligibility for registration with the Delaware State Board of Nursing.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
