About the role

Provide clinical leadership, staff coaching, training, and performance management. Support patient care through assessments, procedures, documentation, and collaboration with providers. Ensure smooth daily operations, staff development, and compliance with regulations. Participate in recruitment, orientation, and developing department work plans.

Qualifications

• An RN license.
• 1+ year of nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Active licensure in OR and WA within 120 days.
• Bilingual skills and proficiency in EMR systems are a plus.
