About the role
Provide clinical leadership and direct patient care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Cook up and coordinate daily clinic operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform patient assessments
- Administer medications
- Document care
- Educate patients
- Assist providers with diagnostic procedures and treatment plans
- Support staff development, recruitment, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Maintain active RN licensure, with dual licensure required in Washington and Oregon within 120 days
- Possess BCLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
- At least one year of RN experience, supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual skills advantageous
