Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor

About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor, responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising staff, and coordinating daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, patient-centered services.

Key Duties

• Performing patient assessments, administering medications, and delivering patient education.
• Supervising and supporting nursing and support staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Collaborating with providers and staff to manage patient flow and clinical procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active WA RN license; dual licensure in WA/Oregon required within 120 days.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
