Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring staff
• Performance management
• Recruiting new staff
• Staff training
• Developing work plans
• Managing patient flow
• Providing direct patient care
• Documenting in EMR systems
• Assisting providers
• Supporting diagnostic procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare teams
• Managing referrals
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active RN license in OR and WA (dual licensure required within 120 days)
• Minimum one year of RN experience
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred

Requirements

• Knowledge of nursing practices, medication effects, and effective communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred for bilingual differential compensation
• BCLS certification within 90 days
• ACELS/PALS preferred
