Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse - Full-Time Day Shift

Role: The RN Charge Nurse in acute care cardiac telemetry oversees daily unit operations, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care. They practice in a clinical environment supported by shared governance, evidence-based models, and core competencies. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing, patient assignments, and resource management to optimize care delivery.Perform patient rounds, evaluate care quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and care managers, to ensure effective communication and patient-centered care.Lead performance improvement initiatives, support research, and uphold safety standards.Mentor and support staff development, fostering a healthy work environment.Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Qualifications Licensed RN with current certifications in BLS and ACLS.Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).Experience in acute or telemetry care is preferred.
