About the role
Registered Nurse Charge Medical responsible for overseeing nursing care and operations on assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during crises.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or charge role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay
$41.22 - $52.78/hour, with potential growth to $64.22/hour.
