Registered Nurse Charge Interventional Radiology

Responsibilities
- Oversee unit staffing and ensure high-quality, population-appropriate care for patients.
- Empower and mentor nursing and support staff through active leadership, professional education, and constructive performance feedback.
- Strategically manage patient assignments based on real-time clinical needs and staff expertise.
- Proactively identify and resolve patient care concerns through professional management channels.
- Contribute to the hiring, training, and long-term development of clinical personnel.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferences
- Candidates must possess direct interventional radiology experience to be considered for this role.
Qualifications
- Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
