Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and monitor outcomes
- Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
- Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families

Requirements
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 3 years of RN experience
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation
- The Wage Range for the role is $53.00 - $69.00/hour.
- New York Exempt: $66,300.00/year
- New York Non-exempt: $17.00/hour
About the Role
This is a hands-on clinical leadership role that works side-by-side with the team on the treatment floor, providing direct patient care while guiding clinical operations. In this role, you will not be removed from the bedside—you’ll be actively initiating and terminating dialysis, assessing patients, and supporting teammates in real time.
