The position is located at Facility Home Support, 2240 W Sunset St, Springfield, MO 65807, Department 1527 Hospice CHAH, with a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
Responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team to the Hospice Team Leader and the attending physician for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience as a professional nurse within the last three (3) years.
- Licensure/Certification: Active RN license in the state of Missouri; active driver’s license in the state of residence.
