Registered Nurse, CF, - Sierra Conservation Center

Duties

• Organize and provide necessary nursing care in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program requirements in a variety of correctional health care settings.
• Ensure the delivery of appropriate and timely health care to patients.
• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate interdisciplinary communication and promote continuity of care.
• Address the ongoing health care needs of patients.
• Promote the timely, efficient, and appropriate use of health care resources.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current license as Registered Nurse in California.
