Registered Nurse Cath Lab RN

About the role

The Cardiac Cath Lab at Banner Del Webb Medical Center supports 24 Diagnostic/Interventional cardiologists and performs various procedures including coronary and peripheral procedures, TEE’s, cardioversions, loop insertions, pacer placements, and Lexi scans. The facility offers 3 procedural labs and a 12-bed Pre-Admit/Post Procedure Recovery area.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
• Plans and coordinates care for patients, including the discharge plan, based on assessment data and patient/family input.
• Delegates tasks to other healthcare team members and supervises their work.
• Evaluates patient progress and effectiveness of teaching.
• Communicates effectively with other healthcare providers and maintains accurate documentation.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 12 months Cath Lab experience or equivalent.
• Must be willing to commit to a 2-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification preferred.

Skills

• Experience in Cath Lab or Critical Care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$15,000.00 sign-on incentive for RNs with a minimum of 12 months Cath Lab experience.

Schedule

Full-time: 4 10-hour shifts per week, Monday - Friday, Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
