Responsibilities
- Assigns, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff
- Develops patient care plans
- Collaborates with advanced practice providers
- Evaluates patient outcomes
- Addresses patient care concerns
- Participates in hiring and staff development
- Responds to patient care issues
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of RN experience
- Current professional nursing license
- Certifications in BLS, ALS, or PALS as required by location
Physical & Professional Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in vision, hearing, and motor skills
- Compliance with licensing and certification standards across multiple states
Schedule
Day shift, 36 hours per week in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
