Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Residency in Essex or nearby counties
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Certification in NJ Choice (required)
• Experience in case management or discharge planning (preferred)
• Managed care experience (preferred)
• Associate degree in Nursing (necessary)

Pay

The salary range is $66,575 to $142,576, with eligibility for bonuses and incentives.
