Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• First Time Traveler: Yes, but must be screened
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, including availability for holidays
• Request Time Off Restrictions: No more than 7 days

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in acute care case management/discharge planning
• Licensure: Must have a valid CA state license; pending licenses are accepted but must be active upon start date
