Responsibilities

  • The delivery of medical care
  • Supporting patients and their families
  • Ensuring the effective functioning of healthcare teams
  • Guiding patients through the healthcare system
  • Helping patients understand their treatment plans
  • Cooking up care coordination across multiple providers
  • Leading clinical programs, policies, and services

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse certification
  • Specialty license or certification required
  • Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Experience: 1 year of registered nursing experience required, 3 years of related and relevant registered nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Specialty Board Certification strongly preferred
  • License/Certification: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification is required

Qualifications

  • Standing for prolonged periods
  • Frequent traveling
  • Bending/stooping
  • Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs
  • Exposure to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious diseases

Pay

The pay range for this role is $85,820.80 - $113,401.60 annually.
