Responsibilities
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
- Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications in EHR
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
