Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications in EHR
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and active RN license in New Jersey
• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
