Qualifications & Skills Candidates must hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and have at least one year of acute care nursing experience. Essential skills include excellent communication, assessment, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of regulations, community resources, and care coordination processes is required. The role demands self-confidence, maturity, and the ability to work effectively under stress in a fast-paced environment.
