Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Thoracic Progressive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Thoracic Progressive Care Unit Responsibilities: Provide specialized, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from cardiovascular and thoracic conditions and procedures. Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, manage medications and IV therapies, support ventilator and respiratory needs, and care for postoperative chest tubes and wounds. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care accurately in the EHR. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical knowledge in cardiovascular and thoracic nursing, proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, ventilator management, and postoperative wound care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills are essential.
