We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statement at end is boilerplate; remove. Also "Our Commitment Rooted..." maybe not boilerplate but it's mission statement; could keep? It's somewhat generic but maybe keep as part of About the role? Might be considered filler? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can combine some.
We need sections: maybe About the role (description), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements/Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications), Benefits (Organization Highlights And Benefits), Pay (Pay Range), Schedule (Employment Type Full time Shift Rotating Shift). Also maybe "Organization Highlights And Benefits" includes benefits and also some culture; we can put under Benefits.
We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
