Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Advanced Care team. Responsibilities include: managing patient care episodes collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, high-quality care. The RN may provide direct care or oversee delegated tasks to Nursing Assistants and other staff. The role involves caring for acutely and chronically ill patients requiring close monitoring, such as those with MI, arrhythmias, respiratory distress, GIB, DKA, or vascular surgeries, on a 20-bed unit with nurse-patient ratios of 2:1 or 3:1. The RN will coordinate patient care, ensure proper documentation, and maintain certifications like ECCO and ACLS. Qualifications: An associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), valid Minnesota RN license, and BLS certification. Preferred skills: at least 1 year of acute care experience, strong critical thinking, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
