Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Care

Role: Staff RN in the Cardiovascular Intermediate unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to adult cardiovascular patients.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications.
• Manage telemetry and oversee post-procedure recovery.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and care plans.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions.
