Registered Nurse/Cardiothoracic ICU

About the Team

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join us in our mission to partner with people to live healthier lives at INTEGRIS Heart Hospital at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a day shift, full-time position in the Cardiothoracic ICU.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and re-assessments of patients
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervision and coordination of other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provision of guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS)
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
