Registered Nurse - Cardiopulmonary/Renal | Full-Time, Night Shift

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care quality. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and protects confidentiality. Aligns duties with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Certifications Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Holds a current RN license valid in the state or via compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM) may be required based on department needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective patient care and evaluate outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and organizational standards. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking. Ability to perform reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting tasks.
