Registered Nurse - Cardiopulmonary PCU, Night Shift

Role: The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities for quality outcomes.Adhere to organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Specialty certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, NICU) may be required depending on the unit. Key Duties Provide direct patient care within scope of practice, ensuring safety and quality standards.Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including specialty-specific ones, within designated timeframes.Identify and address high-risk situations, reporting concerns appropriately.
