Registered Nurse - Cardiology Stepdown

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Cardiology Stepdown unit, providing specialized care for cardiac and medical patients. Responsibilities Deliver complex cardiac and medical care, including continuous monitoring and IV therapies.Manage post-procedure care for stepdown-level patients.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret cardiac rhythms.Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.Educate patients and families about treatments and conditions.Utilize advanced technology and follow evidence-based protocols.Support quality improvement, safety, and patient-centered outcomes in a collaborative environment. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse license.Experience or knowledge in cardiac care, telemetry, or progressive care settings preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
