Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry, Night Shift

About the Role

Join a Cardiac Telemetry Nursing team focused on caring for patients with cardiac conditions such as CHF, CAD, and DKA. Nurses will educate patients on heart health, medications, and lifestyle changes, and gain experience with post-cardiac interventions like pacemakers and AICD.

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous infusions (e.g., Milrinone, Amiodarone, Insulin)
• Perform patient assessments and monitor cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
• Provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate activities
• Maintain practice standards and demonstrate professional accountability in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• New graduates or hospital experience for PRN roles
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state
• BCLS certification; ACLS certification required within 180 days
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
