Join our team as a full-time, night shift Cardiac Telemetry Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Providing age-appropriate care by demonstrating growth and development knowledge, assessing patient data, and interpreting information to meet individual needs.
- Developing and modifying care plans to deliver effective treatment aligned with policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved RN program
- Valid Oklahoma RN license
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer
