About the role
Join our team as a full-time, night shift Cardiac Telemetry Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care according to standards, ensuring effective and efficient patient outcomes. You must demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age‑appropriate care, interpret patient data, and develop individualized care plans in compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care according to standards.
- Interpret patient data and develop individualized care plans.
- Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state‑approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
Schedule
Full‑time, night shift.
