Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) specializes in Cardiac Telemetry and Congestive Heart Failure care, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing services within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Partner with patients and families, ensuring clear communication and involvement in care planning.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective collaboration with healthcare team members.

- Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, including instructor or provisional status.
- Less than one year of clinical experience required; direct patient care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.
