Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement
• Delegate and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions
• Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards
• Document accurately and ensure quality care

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Patient care delivery
• Communication
• Critical thinking

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively
• Manipulate equipment
