About the role
Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, including continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation. Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor and document patient condition, and respond proactively to clinical changes. Coordinate care across physicians, cardiac specialists, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting safe, efficient discharge planning.
Responsibilities

- Cook up to date with the latest advancements in cardiac telemetry nursing.
- Coordinate care across physicians, cardiac specialists, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting safe, efficient discharge planning.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cardiac telemetry equipment and procedures.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Pay
Salary range: $39.75 - 56.11 per hour
