Minimum Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

  • Preference for at least 1-2 years previous cardiac experience in a high acuity inpatient hospital setting.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead the patient’s clinical journey by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that prioritize safety, recovery, and high-quality outcomes.

Cook up a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure every aspect of the patient's treatment is seamless, holistic, and well-communicated.

Advocate for patient health by vigilantly monitoring conditions and communicating critical changes to the medical team for immediate, proactive interventions.

Empower patients and their families by assessing discharge needs and coordinating a clear transition plan, ensuring they have the resources required for a successful recovery at home.
