Registered Nurse - Cardiac Specialty

Role Overview

Responsible for delivering high-quality, holistic nursing care within the Cardiac Specialty department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead patient care by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans.
• Coordinate communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Observe, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions promptly and accurately.
• Manage and execute physician and nursing orders, facilitating patient discharge and care transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Key Duties

• Provide patient‑centered care adhering to clinical standards and protocols.
• Drive effective care planning and adapt to patient needs.
• Ensure continuity of care through proactive coordination and monitoring.
