Responsibilities
Deliver professional nursing care, ensuring patient safety and adherence to policies and regulations. Manage and support assigned staff, potentially serving as Charge Nurse, with accountability for professional practice.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma; valid NM or NM compact license. BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may also be necessary. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2+ years of experience in a specialty and general nursing.
