Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Licensure: Valid RN license
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience
- Critical care or cardiac experience is preferred but not required
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to work safely and collaboratively in a high-acuity setting
