About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care following established standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies
• Perform assessments
• Address holistic patient needs
• Develop and implement care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate tasks
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives
• Promote teamwork and evidence-based practices

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program
• Interest or experience in Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgical care preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
