Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care Recovery

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by others. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Hold a current RN license valid in the state or through a compact licensure. Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and others may be required based on unit needs. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand, walk, and perform movements such as bending, reaching, and kneeling. Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. Evaluate and improve care quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Respect patient rights and confidentiality.
