About the role

This position involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans within a cardiac stepdown unit. The nurse will serve as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines, ensuring well-coordinated patient care. Key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, communicating updates, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications
