Registered Nurse - Cardiac

Role: Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses patient needs across physical, cultural, and social dimensions, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Educates patients on health maintenance and recovery, advocates for patient needs, and fosters a positive, safe work environment. Performs point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license and current BLS certification in the respective state (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin). No prior experience required. Skills & Physical Demands: Strong communication, leadership, and assessment skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive movements, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent alertness.
