About the Role

The Staff Nurse provides safe, compassionate care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Collaborating with healthcare team members, they ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care for assigned patient populations
• Use the nursing process to develop and assess care plans
• Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to enhance patient care
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion or related fields (ED, ICU, PACU highly preferred)
