Registered Nurse - Cancer Center - Days

About the Role

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care. Guide unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver care utilizing the nursing process
• Supervise and support unlicensed personnel
• Ensure positive patient outcomes in an oncology outpatient infusion setting

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of Oncology outpatient infusion experience or relevant ICU/ED/PACU experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

20 hours per week with varied shifts, no weekends or holidays.
