Registered Nurse - Burn Unit

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions
• Communicating patient conditions to interdisciplinary teams
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
