Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient status.
- Cookordination care among healthcare disciplines.
- Follow physician and nurse orders.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state license.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months, and BLS certification within 1 month of hire.
