Registered Nurse - BMT/Cellular Therapy, PCU, Nights

The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating patient care, including direct care, education, and care transitions, across various settings. Supports professional nursing practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model, ensuring all phases of care are planned, implemented, evaluated, and communicated effectively. Provides leadership through mentoring, participation in committees, and quality improvement initiatives. Delegates patient care based on skill level, experience, acuity, and resource availability. Must demonstrate excellent communication, mentoring, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Qualifications include a baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited program or relevant RN experience, with a minimum of 6 months of RN experience preferred. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ability to obtain ACLS and FCCN certifications. Additional Experience In Hem/Onc/BMT Or PCU Preferred. Eligible for TN sponsorship.
