Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health Travel

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate psychiatric and behavioral health nursing care to adult and adolescent patients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support trauma‑informed, evidence‑based practices and adapt quickly to new units and settings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license with relevant experience in behavioral health.
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and dynamic environments.
