Registered Nurse Behavioral Health Full Time Days

About the role

Devereux is seeking a Full Time Nurse for day shift (1st Shift: 6:30AM–3:00 PM) at its campus in Kennesaw, GA. This role involves providing direct care nursing, administering medications, providing medical treatments, completing admissions, and actively engaging with youth served and their families/guardians.

Pay

• RNs: Rates start at $35/hr with additional compensation for experience
• LPNs: Rates start at $28/hr with additional compensation for experience
• Additional $3.00/hr pay on weekends

Schedule

• Full Time, 1st Shift (6:30AM–3:00 PM)
• Includes every other weekend and some holidays

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required
• Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results
• Weekend availability and holidays required
• Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class (hours approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily)
