Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health - Full Time

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, in alignment with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver nursing care to patients with psychiatric, behavioral, or substance use disorders.
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team, including evaluation, education, medication management, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality at all times.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice or valid compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire.

Schedule

This role involves working 36 hours per week during daytime shifts.
