Position: RN Float Pool PRN Role Overview: Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric units in a flexible, as-needed capacity. Key Responsibilities Assess and stabilize patients with acute psychiatric and co-occurring disordersAdminister medications and implement individualized treatment plansProvide crisis intervention and support patient safetyCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive careMaintain accurate documentation of patient careUphold safety, de-escalation protocols, and therapeutic environmentEducate patients and families to promote understanding and recoverySupport a respectful environment focused on dignity and recovery Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensureExperience in behavioral health or psychiatric care preferredStrong assessment, crisis intervention, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsCommitment to patient safety, dignity, and recovery-oriented care
